The owner of this original Tuscany farmhouse offers the possibility to experience the original Italian life style just in the middle of a picturesque hillside at just 8minutes from the historical City of Siena.

A complete apartment of over 100sm being the ground floor of a beautifully renewed Tuscany farmhouse, owned by the family Grassini, it is a proposal for a different way of spending holidays.

The apartment, furnished with traditional Tuscany furniture , consists of two double bedrooms, one living room with open fire place, a large fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower (suitable for 4 people, max 6 people if using the living room as bedroom). Extra bed for babies is available on request.

Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables are daily offered directly from the kitchen garden cultivated by Grassini’s family according to the traditional “organic” method.

A large private garden with olive three, ensure a complete relax as well as the possibility of eating outdoor.

The house is indipendent but not isolated with another farmhouse beside and the village S. Rocco a Pilli at just 1Km ..

The use of a private car would be recommended, however the daily transfer to/from the City of Siena is available by Bus Service (bus stop at only 600mts.).
