Description
This semi-detached, newly refurbished Farmhouse is located on the outskirts of the village of San Lawrenz. The large pool is surrounded by decking and a newly planted garden. We will also be planting seasonal herbs and vegetables which guests can benefit from. Adjacent to the pool deck is a BBQ area with built-in BBQ and dining area. This leads to a gazebo under which you will find outdoor sofas. From all areas of the pool and garden you will enjoy open sea and country views.
Internally the villa boasts spacious accommodation with a large kitchen overlooking the pool. The kitchen is equipped with all usual appliances including a dishwasher. Also overlooking the pool and just off the kitchen you will find the dining room with a large dining table and plenty of seating. The sitting room consists of an old mill room and is equipped with flat screen TV and wood-burning heating stove. The property has a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and connected to a coin meter.
The San Lawrenz village square is only 10 minutes walk away. Here you will find a restaurant and a couple of bars. A bus stop is also within walking distance.
