The Podere (Farmhouse)
The Podere Casanuova, a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of San Gimignano, is a 17 th century farmhouse (already listed on the Leopoldino land registry), which has been restored to the highest standards and restructured into self – contained apartments. It offers every modern comfort jet retains all the period charm of the original 17 th century buildings.

From behind the thick stone walls, it provides a quiet and peaceful refuge, a place in which to retire to, from the heat and noise of city life in an atmosphere of old world tranquillity.

This is pleace to come to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding countryside, where olive groves, woods, fields and the towers of San Gimignano mingle together in a patchwork of colours and sunlight.

The Apartments (Flats)
The apartments are spacious (approximately 80 m2) and beautifully furnished with antique Tuscan furniture in keeping with the style of the property. They all have fully equipped modern kitchens, comfortable sofas in the sitting areas and satellite T.V.; central heating and burglary alarm. Washing machines are included in the bathrooms.

A high level of security is maintained throughout.

The ground floor flats open onto their own private gardens while those on the first floor have access to the spacious grounds surrounding the complex, where secluded areas are provided for relaxation.
