Description of holiday farmhouse in Lucca, Tuscany

Farmhouse Lucca is a luxury farmhouse located just 2km west of Lucca. The farmhouse is surrounded by hectares of vineyards with mountains on the background but at the same time very close to the centre of Lucca which can be reached within few minutes.

Farmhouse Lucca is equipped with all modern conveniences and is fully airconditioned, with 5 bedrooms to accommodate a total of 9 + 1 people. The entrance is through automatic gates and a private driveway to front of house.

From the Ground floor entrance there is a stone staircase that leads to the 1st floor balcony which leads to a large L shaped living room with open fireplace, settees and a few tables. There is a spacious dining area and large fully equipped kitchen cum breakfast room.

The door opening onto stairs leads to the garden and the outdoor wood burning pizza oven. There is a small corridor leading to a roomy double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Parquet stairs lead to the 2nd floor which has parquet flooring throughout.

This floor has 1 double bedroom with one bathroom equipped with hydro massage bath tub, the Master bedroom with ensuite one bathroom equipped with sauna/shower and a wardrobe room.

There is an additional single bedroom with space for an extra bed.

The 5th bedroom which is a double bedroom, is located on the ground floor.

The beauty of the farmhouse is enhanced by its lovely gardens with flowering trees and shrubs. The swimming pool (5x10) is completely enclosed and totally private. There is a large pergola with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Television and air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

The house being very close to the town of Lucca is located around 60 meters from a main road that can get slightly busy and you can hear some noise at certain hours especially in the front part of the house.
