This is a typical stone-built 6 bedroom Catalan farmhouse, located at the heart of the Baix Empordą region, only 10 minutes drive to the Costa Brava beaches.
Until a few years ago, it was the home of the owner, an antique dealer, who restored and furnished it for family use. The interiors of the house are very spacious and comfortable, furnished with antiques, and with modern facilities.
The property is distributed on three floors.
On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, a spacious kitchen with fireplace and breakfast table, an extremely large living-dining room in the former hay building, a bedroom, a bathroom and a utility room.
On the first and second floors there are a further 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as another sitting room on the top floor
Outside you can enjoy a large enclosed garden and swimming pool.

The house is situated in the province of Girona, in the northern part of Catalonia. It is easily reached by the N-II trunk road or the A-7 motorway (exits 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9), or, if you prefer, you can fly to the Girona-Costa Brava Airport.
