Villa San Taddeo is a restored country house located in the heart of Le Marche's stunning countryside. It enjoys un-spoilt views over the Sibillini Mountains and ancient hill-top towns reaching as far as the Adriatic Coast. The property is set in an acre of land and houses two newly refurbished self-catering holiday apartments. The first "Oliva" sleeping up to six people and the second "Lavanda" sleeping two.

Both apartments offer spacious and comfortable accommodation suited for families and groups and have new bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens and a private terrace.
Outside seating areas and pergolas overlooking the magnificent landscape offer plenty of space to relax or enjoy al fresco meals or a glass of wine. There is a BBQ area and a children's pool. Visitors are invited to pick their own tasty treats from our organic vegetable plot and orchard.

The Villa is conveniently located for visits to the Adriatic coast with its long and clean beaches (35min) and the Sibillini Natural Park with it's enchanting country walks (20 min). There are charming hill-top towns boasting Italy's famous classical architecture many holding traditional festas throughout the summer months. Ascoli Piceno, the regions oldest city is 24km away and is re-knowned for its Roman bridges, towers and classical squares. It is the ideal place for a day's sight-seeing or window-shopping alike.

The charm of the Le Marche Region lies in it's quietly rural and yet culturally rich history. It is a safe and tranquil place for the whole family to come to. Known as "Italy in one region" it has everything that makes this country such a popular holiday destination without bearing the signs of mass-tourism symbolic for other regions. Location description

The house is set amidst tranquil countryside 700 meters above sea level. It enjoys unspoilt and enchanting views towards the ancient hill-top town of Force, the Sibillini Mountains, Southern Le Marche's rolling hill-side towards the Adriatic. The house is ideally situated for trips to the beach, the mountains and nearby towns including the Roman County town of Ascoli Piceno with it's medieval squares and Roman architecture. There are walking and hiking routes in the Sibillini Mountains, a protected nature reserve with mountain lakes and waterfalls and hermit retreats.

Along the scenic Adriatic route of A14 Motorway to Pedaso (approx 40 miles). At Pedaso turn off inland onto the SP238 for approx. 20 miles from where a road will turn off uphill to the scenic hill-top town of Force. The Villa is located 2 miles outside Force in the countryside. Journey time 1.5 hours
By Car from Pescara airport: along Motorway A14 to Pedaso and from there as above. Journey time 1.5 hours
From Rome by Car: Along the Via Salaria (SS4) to Ascoli Piceno then turn onto SP93 via Venerotta to Force. Journey time 3.5 hours
