Description
Gite du Calme is an exclusive holiday home for 6- 8 people in a secluded established garden with swimming pool + safety cover, and lots of games in the garden for all ages including table tennis, badminton for adults and children, 4m trampoline and much more.
The house was built in 1890 of lime stone and has a fully equipped kitchen with a large farmhouse table comfortable for 8 people. The lounge has a TV, DVD, Wii, games books and magazines.
There are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms including, shower, sink and WC.
One of the en-suite bedrooms is on the ground floor.
There are two en-suite bedrooms on the first and top floor.
One of these bedrooms has an adjoining twin room for 2 children which is full of toys.

Location description
We are just 10 minutes drive to many villes, the most well known are Cognac where you can tour the famous Cognac Houses including Hennessy, Martell, Rémy Martin, Couvoisier, Camus, Hine and Frapin ++++ many smaller boutique houses too!
The Roman capital of France, Saintes whre you will see still today much Roman architecture and to walk around a superb ville full of restaurants shops and bars.
Thid region is well known for its daily food markets especially for the oysters and mussels and cheeses.
There are many festivals, activites and tourist attraction for all ages - always something to do if you want!!!!
