We bought our 3 bedroom villa in October 2004, after discovering and falling in love with the new marina. Having thoughtfully and lovingly fully furnished it to our own, very high standards, we are now able to offer our guests the opportunity to relax in luxurious and stylish surroundings.

The villa comfortably sleeps 6, has spacious living and dining areas and has its own private swimming pool set in a south facing secluded sun terrace. Located near to the new yacht-harbour Marina Rubicon, this is a private, safe and luxury residential resort in the south of the Canary Island of Lanzarote.

Ideal for families or couples wishing to enjoy their holiday in a peaceful place, with the same degree of comfort that they would enjoy at home, but within walking distance of the golden beaches of Papagao and Dorada, and numerous restaurants of Playa Blanca.
It has a great network of wide, newly tarmaced open roads, with routes that cater for all abilities, as well as fantastic off road mountain bike tracks, ideal for cycling holidays.

To allow for our cleaners to ensure the villa is perfect for your arrival we do ask that you arrive no earlier than 2 pm on the day of your arrival.
Similarly we do ask you to vacate the villa by 10 am on the day of your departure

Location description

2 minutes from the sea, overlooking the new Marina Rubicon, which is a ten minute walk away via a cobbled coastal path, and within walking distance of Papagao beach, which features crystal clear waters and fine white sands, an ideal spot for families, who visit the area for day trips/beach picnics, Dorada beach and the numerous restaurants of Playa Blanca.

Jameos Del Agua
located in the north of Lanzarote, is part of the Atlantida volcanic cave system. where these natural 'jameos' have been turned into an Auditorium, Swimming pool, Gardens and restaurants.

Jardin de Cactus
Is found on the outskirts of Guatiza, on the road to Mala where you can see more than 10,000 cacti in the setting of a converted quarry, which has the form of an amphitheatre.
César Manrique foundation
The César Manrique Foundation is located in the studio-home that the artist lived in, situated in Taro de Tahiche, just off the LZ1 north of Arrecife, close to Costa Teguise.

Timanfaya National Park
Spanish national park covering the municipalities of southern portion of Tinajo and the northern portion of Yaiza in the southwestern part of the island of Lanzarote. The area is 51.07 km2, just north of Yaiza on the LZ67 . The parkland is entirely made up of volcanic soil. Restaurant, with food cooked over the volcano, camel rides and a 14 kilometre bus tour.

El Golfo
Just south of Timanfaya, is one of the few and rare examples of hydro-volcanism - volcanic activity that occurs near the coast. In its interior, in the centre of the crater, has emerged La Laguna de los Ciclos, a lake of the most intense green - a colour that is produced by the concentration of the algae. There are numerus really good fish restaurants here.

Mirador Del Rio
This is a lookout point is located in the north end of the island on top of a cliff. This look out point is around 479 meters above sea level and over looks the Island of La Graciosa and Islet Montana Clara. On a clear day in Lanzarote this view is breathtaking.
