Description of holiday cottage in Trowbridge, South West

Stable Cottage 1 is one of two cottages tastefully decorated to a high standard, set in two acres of garden looking onto a small wooded area with ponds and views across open fields where you will sometimes see the deer roaming, squirrels and many species of birds.

The Cottage is situated in the countryside and is a very good base to visit some of our local attractions close by: Lacock Abbey (NT), Bradford on Avon, Stourhead Gardens (NT) Wookey Hole, Bath, Stonehenge and many more. There is a good choice of pubs all within a short driving distance.

Stable Cottage is located just off the A350 in the Wiltshire countryside between West Ashton and Trowbridge (Approx. 1 mile from Trowbridge town centre).

When you arrive at the West Ashton traffic-light crossroads, head for Trowbridge and after about 900 metres you will find Biss Barn B & B on the right hand side. Drive through a small wooded area up to the Barn and cottages where you will find plenty of parking.
