Shaldon is an unspoilt village sitting on the mouth of the River Teign.
The Estuary is 150 yards away and Shaldon beach is 2 minutes walk. A second beach is 10 minutes walk through the smugglers tunnel.
The village has 5 pubs and many retaurants all within 5 minutes flat walk.
Teignmouth is across the estuary by bridge or small ferry, Babbacombe 10 minutes, Torquay 15 minutes and Darmoor 25 minutes by car.
