Updown Cottage is perfectly placed for the 'best of both worlds' - looking out on to miles of glorious countryside, it also stands on one of the most famous and photographed hills in England and benefits from being yards from the excellent shops, galleries, restaurants, pubs and cafes of Shaftesbury.
Within a short distance there are many National Trust or English Heritage sites to visit - stately homes, castles, abbeys & historic sites such as Stonehenge.
