This recently converted single storey barn is set in the grounds of the owners' Grade II Listed cottage. It is constructed from stone and reclaimed bricks and comprises an L-shaped living/dining/kitchen area, a spacious shower room and two bedrooms - one double, one twin.
In addition to electric heaters, the cottage has a wood burning stove for extra 'cosiness' on Winter nights and double French windows lead onto a decked area and a private garden. There is off-road parking for two vehicles.
All linen, electricity, towels are included in the price as well as a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, bread butter, preserves and half a dozen free-range eggs (when available) from the farm next door - all of which should be enough to see you through your first breakfast!
The living area and shower room are wheelchair accessible and if requested a ramp can be provided to help with access through the front door.
The village of Redmile has two gastro pubs and a children's playpark and is situated on the Grantham Canal. the area is perfect for walking and cycling as well as a spot of fishing! Belvoir Castle is just over a mile away.

There are local farmers markets each week in the nearby towns as well as some interesting National Trust properties to visit.

From the A52 travelling from Nottingham to Grantham turn right at the Vale of Belvoir Inn and proceed along the lane for approximately three miles before entering the village of Redmile over the canal bridge. Take the first turn on your left and Green Man Cottage is through the second gate (green) on your right. Drive past the owners' cottage and follow the signs to the car park. Green Man Cottage is on your right hand side.
