At Higher Rosevine Farm the beauty of our unspoilt natural surroundings are of paramount importance to us. The farm consists of 15 acres of mature grazing land almost untouched for 20 years. There is a myriad of wildlife:- foxes, badgers, weasels, rabbits. A wealth of bird life, from raptors like kestrels, buzzards and sparrowhawks, to owls, bats and all the expected smaller birds including skylarks. All in all a veritable haven.
We are low impact development and are therefore water and energy wise. All our facilities have been designed with this purpose in mind and we hope that you will appreciate our efforts to be a sustainable development.

Prices shown are for weekly bookings starting from the dates shown and running from Friday to Friday. Linen, towels (not beach towels) included. You can, of course, book for more than one week. Prices are all-inclusive and quoted in £ sterling. Guests have access to their cottage at 3pm on the day of arrival and are required to vacate it by 10am on the day of departure. These times may be changed with prior agreement.

We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed inside the accommodation.

Location description

Whether it be food and drink, sailing or scenery, Higher Rosevine Farm is perfectly situated for them all. The Driftwood Hotel and Rosevine hotels are just a couple of minutes away on foot, the picturesque harbour village of Portscatho with its excellent Plume of Feathers Pub and shops just 15 minutes via the coast path or 5 minutes by car, and between them provide the best local food from pasties to Lobster. A 10 minute drive reaches the ever popular village of St. Mawes, home to the Hotel Tresanton, and offering access to the Fal estuary and its renowned sailing waters of the Carrick Roads.
