Casa Pequena is a pretty 1 bedroom cottage, ideal for a single traveller or couples. It is hidden within lush, sub-tropical gardens with many flowering plants, fruit trees, roses and native shrubs.

Typically Andalucian in style, but with modern amenities such as dishwasher, i-pod dock, satellite TV & DVD library.

It is an ideal haven to relax in the sun by the pool, potter in the gardens or read by one of the fountains - and dogs are welcome for longer bookings.

Available all year round, the cottage has air-conditioning & fans for the Summer months, and wood-burner & duvets for the Winter.

CASA PEQUEÑA, hidden within the gardens of a traditional Spanish Farmhouse (alongside El Apartamento) CORTIJO NUEVO.

Relaxing, romantic and tranquil - semi-rural location - yet just 5 minutes drive from bustling Market town of Motril with many tapas bars, restaurants, banks and shops.

The area is mainly agricultural with growing tourist interest, still predominately Spanish.

It is an ideal location for travellers seeking a slower pace of life, but within easy drive of many small coastal resorts, hill villages and classic Spanish cities of Granada, Sevilla, Jaen & Malaga.
