This old house has been recently refurbished and decorated with antique furniture. It offers the comfort of a modern house with the charm of the ancient.

Near Bergerac (17 km) and near the airport (20 minutes), You will enjoy the old stones and the warm colour of roughcast chalk. Spacious, at the edge of numerous footpaths, nature lovers, big families or group of friends will love staying in our house.

The house is surrounded by 3 courtyards. Further down, the salt water swimming pool is located in the middle of a very big garden. Designed on different levels, the garden offers different relaxing spaces: the swimming pool and the BBQ area, the ping-pong, badminton or swings. Above the swimming pool, there is a summer kitchen.

A mid and end stay cleaning is included in the price.

The house is located close from two historical cities : Bergerac and Perigueux. The famous town of Sarlat and the prehistoric sites are one hour by car.
All around, they are a lot of old houses (castles, chartreuse...) and footpaths.
The famous Bergerac vineyards is at 10 km and Saint-Emilion one hour by car.
