Pentre Bach (little village) is composed of four properties which can be booked separately or in any combination depending on the size of your party. For that special occasion why not book all four together?

All of our guests can enjoy truly spectacular sunsets from our outdoor seating areas or have a stroll around our walled garden and orchard. Our woodland garden provides a wonderful habitat for all kinds of birds and wildlife.

This cottage offers real flexibility in terms of the size and combination of the family or group. The more mature members of the party will no doubt want to be out and about undertaking wild and wet adventurous activities whilst the children sit quietly (having already made the beds and done the washing-up) with a book in the garden or the conservatory and enjoy the magnificent sea views !!

Pen y Lon is fully double glazed and is additionally equipped with tumble dryer and dishwasher. The house is designed for wheelchair access with ramps, wide doorways and turning spaces

Downstairs: Hall leading to sun lounge, sitting room with open fire, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, toilet. and accessible shower.
The view from the kitchen sink makes even washing up a pleasure!
Upstairs: One double bedroom and a room with three single beds, bath / power shower & toilet.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Extend your stay to Sunday night + £190 + £80 + £50 + £90

•We will need a non-returnable deposit of £100 per week for the main house and £60 per week for the cottages, on booking.
•The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.
•A charge of £5 per night is made for each bed space additional to those normally provided.
•If you bring your dog we make an additional charge of £15 per stay per dog. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
•Holiday Cancellation Insurance is recommended.
•We will be happy to arrange for advanced grocery orders to be waiting for you when you arrive, on request.
•Private off-road parking is available, free, at your own risk.
If you are coming by train, we are happy to meet you at Llwyngwril station if you confirm your expected arrival time to us.

Location description

Situated just south of the coastal town of Barmouth in the village of Llwyngwril, Pentre Bach is the ideal location for a wonderful holiday whether it be action packed or relaxing with a bottle of wine.

This is a great place for spending the days inhaling lung-fulls of briny air on the beach, climbing hills and playing games in the great outdoors, followed by evenings around the supper table and in front of the fire with books and films. There's a large field for games, a willow den for the children and a table tennis room.

The nearest beach, just ten minutes' walk away, is pebbly, and there are two excellent sandy beaches within a few minutes drive in either direction.
