Stone built detached 200 year old country cottage, peacefully situated on leafy hillside overlooking Lake Padarn and the mountains of Snowdonia, magnificent views from the cottage.
The cottage is not on the road but 100 metres down the hillside. There is parking on the side of the quiet country road.
Sleeps 4/5 in three bedrooms. A log fire in the living room, heaters in the bedrooms, electric blankets on the beds.
Bathroom with shower, kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer.
The cottage is surrounded by fields and trees and is ideal for children, not being on the road, or as a romantic getaway.
Lots of birdlife to watch on the terrace, with visits from squirrels, mice and the local friendly pheasant.
There is a beautiful garden and terrace with seating and table, also a barbecue.

Really only suitable for travel by car, although it can be done by train/bus/taxi!
There are many local attractions, lots of sports on offer at Llanberis (pony trekking, climbing, abseiling, canoeing, walking, fishing, biking etc), Snowdon to climb or by mountain railway,
castles, gardens to visit, lots of beautiful beaches on Anglesey or just gentle strolls from the cottage, round the lake etc.
