Situation
Suitable for a larger group, The Dairy House is located at the edge of the farmyard with views onto the farmyard, fields and the Irish Sea. Although this traditional style house is close to the everyday activities of the farm, the sheds are empty during the summer months as the cattle will be at pasture.
Parking for several cars is available directly outside the house and secured by gate from the main farm road. The well-tended enclosed garden is sheltered and private.
Accommodation
Refurbished and upgraded for the 2008 season, the comfortable accommodation sleeps eight – comprising two double rooms downstairs, both en suite (Shower, hand basin, toilet) and two twin bedrooms upstairs. There is a third bathroom downstairs with bath, hand basin and toilet. A cot is available on request.
Centrally heated and double glazed The Dairy House is cosy for out of season visits.
The living room is very comfortable with Sky T.V, DVDs and gas fireplace.
The kitchen/Dining room is modern and well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave and all basics.
All bed linen, duvets, blankets, table linen and towels are provided.
Electricity is provided free of charge. A welcome pack is provided, as is all information on the surrounding area.
A payphone is available.
In view of the close proximity to the farm, we regret no pets are permitted.

Directions
Take the A718 from Stranraer and at the roudabout continue straight ahead to Leswalt village. In Leswalt, turn right onto the Ervie Road (B798) and follow for approximately five miles, farm sign on the right (Mains of Airies). Collect cottage key at the farmhouse.
