The accommodation adjoins Roydon Common National Nature Reserve, we are in a village location, and are perfectly situated for cycling, walking, golfing, relaxing, birdwatching, touring holidays.
The kitchen, lounge, dining area is open plan, has solid oak floors, dvd and cd players, dvd collection, flat screen tv with freeview. The shower room and toilet is downstairs, this is also new, and immaculate with fully tiled floor.
The galleried twin bedroom is reached from spiral stairs, has two Velux windows and a large arched window with shutters, all windows have blinds.
The wrought iron beds are pushed together, have 30cm thick, new mattresses and white cotton linen plus throws and blankets.
Molly's Den is thoroughly cleaned between bookings and immaculate on guests arrival. We provide a useful 'Welcome Pack' with information file, fresh eggs, bread, butter, milk, biscuits, toilet rolls, soap, tea, coffee, sugar.
There is a pretty courtyard reached through french doors, with seating and a table.
Parking is on our private driveway and we have garage space for bikes.
