Private Cottage in Grace Bay, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands

Our comfy Cottage is located in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands. It is situated in a private residential neighborhood in the Grace Bay area of Providenciales just a short 8 minute walk (2 minute drive) to the world famous Grace Bay Beach. It is within walking distance to many of the islands attractions and activities – shopping, dining, pubs, a casino – and is literally a stone’s throw from the island’s most popular restaurant, Coco Bistro Restaurant, an intimate dining spot set under a grove of palm trees.

The Cottage features an open concept design with King Size Bed in a lofted upstairs bedroom, vaulted wood beam ceiling, and two deck door walkouts. One door leads to the front porch, the other patio leads to a private furnished deck with a garden view and fully waterproof roof/deck. From this deck you can go up our spiral staircase to the viewing deck to take in beautiful views of the island and sunset.

The interior features hand crafted kitchen cabinets in a fully equipped gas kitchen designed for optimum functionality. The TV area has a pull-out sofa and 32″ Flat Screen TV with cable. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, stove with oven, with granite counter tops and back splash, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, mugs and glasses.

Rental car and airport pick up can be arranged.

Directions

From PLS Airport
Once you arrive at the Providenciales Airport, you will clear immigration and customs, and be able to secure a taxi or rental car at the airport (rental reservations required in advance. There are rental car outlets nearby the cottage as well). Our Cottage is a short 15 minute drive from the airport, located in the middle of the popular Grace Bay area of the island.

As you leave the airport — there is only one direction you can go, follow this road to the end roundabout. Before you get to our cottage, you will pass eight roundabouts, there are no traffic lights in Provo, remember we drive on the left.

Turn left at your first roundabout: the one with the flamingo. You will then be on Leeward Highway. You will stay on leeward highway for most of the journey.

Pass the Second roundabout (if you make a left here, it will take you to Blue Hills and the Conch Shack) and stay on Leeward Highway.

Pass the Third roundabout (if you make a right here, it will take you to South Dock Road, Chalk Sound, Sapodilla Beach and Taylor Bay) and stay on Leeward Highway.

Pass the Fourth roundabout (if you make a left onto Suzy Turn it will take you to Turtle Cove, Tiki Hut, Shark Bite, Aqua and Baci’s) and stay on Leeward Highway.

Pass the Fifth roundabout (if you make a left it will take you to Venetian Drive and the Turtle Tail area) and stay on Leeward Highway.

Pass the Sixth roundabout (if you make a right it will take you to IGA) and stay on Leeward Highway.

Pass the Seventh roundabout (if you make a left it will take you to Beaches Resort and the Lower Bight road) and stay on Leeward Highway.

Turn left at the Eighth roundabout: This will take you to the Seven Stars Resort roundabout, make a right here and you will now be on Grace Bay Road.

Stay on Grace Bay Road for a short drive, you will pass Gracy Bay Club on your left and Sunshine nursery on your right, look for the sign for CoCo Bistro and make a right turn here. (if you pass the casino or Royal West Indies, you have gone too far). This is Oak Ave.

Stay on Oak and make your first left at June Plum.

Our cottage is the third house on the right side of the street.
