Soraya sleeps up to 5 people comfortably in 2 bedrooms. 1 double, 1x3 bedded room, cot, highchair and buggy can be provided upon request.

With large open plan kitchen/dining/living area, the fully equipped kitchen has electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, with washing machine in a separate laundry room. Living area has, T.V. DVD player and CD player. Bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.

Outside
There is a large heated swimming pool 14m x 9m x 1.2m deep with separate paddling pool with a security fence all around. On the patio you will find a BBQ and patio furniture, there is also ample car parking, childrens play area as well as a large area for ball games, bikes are also available for you to use. The village of Gemozac is situated approximately 8km off the A10 at junction 36 and is also approximately 100km from both Bordeaux and La Rochelle airports

Location description

In the village there is a municipal pool and tennis courts, during the summer there are several horse races. There are also 2 supermarkets, a pizza restaurant/takeaway, also several other restaurants and bars. The beaches at Royan are just a 20 minute drive away and stretch for over 40 km.

With the zoo at La Palmyre being 1 of many local attractions, along with the pineua!!! (Wine & cognac blended) The town of Cognac is just 40 minutes away where you can visit many of the world famous Cognac distilleries then taste their wares. Saintes is 30 minutes away and is seeped in roman history with its amphitheatre.
