Located in a peaceful valley near Dinas Mawddwy this stone built holiday cottage has stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and is and ideal base from which to explore Southern Snowdonia and Mid Wales.

Downstairs: The beautiful large kitchen has an oil Rayburn and is fully fitted with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave and ironing facilities. There is a utility room and cycle storage which makes this holiday cottage ideal for mountain biking holidays.

The large living room has a wood burning stove set inside an old slate and stone fireplace. There is a TV with Sky and a DVD player. There is also a stylish dining room.

Upstairs: There are three bedrooms, two double and a bunk bed room. The spacious bathroom has a basin, WC, bath and shower.

Outside: There is a beautiful large garden and patio area, garden furniture, barbecue, and access to the surrounding fields. There is ample car parking, including some undercover parking.
