Your Cape Cod summer cottage is located on a family-friendly cul-de-sac (no thru traffic) in Dennis Port. You are around the corner from several restaurants, farm stand offering fresh farm produce and a popular ice cream shop. You are also within walking distance to several other restaurants and shops.

Our quintessential Cape Cod Cottages with their crushed sea shell walkways are completely furnished with every amenity that a long distance traveler will need. We realize that you cannot bring along many items that you might enjoy at the beach so we have equipped our cottages with you in mind. Items from beach umbrella to lunch coolers are here for you.

On the Cape we call our beach houses - cottages. Each cottage in our duplex has two bedrooms, an open concept living, dining area and kitchen that is fully equipped with everything from dinnerware to lobster pot and claw crackers. We receive lots of compliments on how well equipped our cottages are expecially our kitchens. Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over your deck equipped with table and umbrella or have an evening meal there cooked on your gas-fired BBQ grill. On the Cape we call our beach houses - cottages.

With our convenient location you can find three restaurants, a local farmstand for fresh summer veggies and a popular ice cream spot all just around the corner. You can also take a very short walk to enjoy some other restaurants, a fish market and also fine dining. Dennis is the heart of the Cape, which makes it accessible to everything the Cape has to offer.

Location description

We are centrally located in a Mid-Cape beach village an optimal spot for touring the Cape from top to bottom. Our closest beach is a pleasant stroll from the cottage and we also are within 1 mile of 6 other beaches. Dennis has a total of 16 beaches. We are in close proximity to many of the Capes beautiful and interesting attractions. The ferries to the Islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are a short drive from your cottage.
