On the ground floor there is a spacious fully equiped kitchen (with energy efficient appliances). A large open plan lounge/diner (satelite tv and dvd player, dining table and 4 chairs). A doorway from the lounge leads to the garden terrace and bbq area with table chairs and sun umbrella overlooking fruit trees and woodland.
