Rosia Cottage has been recently refurbished to a very high standard.

Cottage Facilities:

The living room/ dining area has a leather suite, colour 32" LCD/HD T.V. with FreeSat and Free View, Video, DVD & CD/Radio player with Small library of DVD's, Video's and books for all ages.

Fully equipped kitchen, with electric eye level oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer - even a rolling pin if you want to bake! There is a table and chairs for 6 people.

Large utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, airer, iron, ironing board. Also outdoor clothes line and pegs.

Sun lounge leading on to a south facing patio area with gas BBQ which is quiet and secluded, overlooked by the pygmy goats and chickens.

Breakfast room/dining room separate from the lounge/dining room.

Three bedrooms; two double and one twin, all with colour T.V. and Freeview. All beds have memory foam mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep and all bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton.

Bathroom has whirlpool bath, hand basin and toilet, while the shower room has electric shower, hand basin and toilet. All towels provided - even beach towels!

There is parking for two vehicles.

Cot and high chair are available at no extra cost.

Internet is available via a pay-as-you-go Vodafone Dongle.

Gas central heating throughout. (Gas combi boiler for heating and hot water).

Gas / Electric not included. Pre-pay Meters at the property.

Short breaks available off peak seasons minimum 2 nights stay.

Saturday change over (negotiable off peak).

Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

If you order your groceries on-line with Tesco or Asda, prior to your arrival the owner will take them in and put away perishables into the fridge/freezer ready for your arrival! Who wants to go shopping after a long journey? (Must be pre-arranged please).
