If you are seeking the tranquility of Orkney then this is the place for you. From the comfort of the lounge enjoy the views over Scapa Flow, towards Hoy, Orkney mainland and Churchill barrier number three. The Annexe is a separate residence adjoing the owner's bungalow.

The accommodation is decorated to a very high standard, is well equipped and is very well maintained. There is a lounge with three large windows that overlook the sea. You can spot boats and plenty of wildlife from your armchair! We have also viewed basking sharks and pods of dolphins. The sunrises and sunsets are also spectacular. The kitchen has all mod cons, the bedrooms are comfortable and extremely quiet, and there is a bathroom with walk in shower cubicle. All bed linen, towels, complimentary toiletries, heating and lighting are included in the charge; there are no hidden extras!

Outside there is a garden area for you to seat in, enjoy the views and take in the clean sea air! There is plenty of private parking, if you are bringing bikes feel free to put them in the garage. The village shop, public house and cafe are just over a mile away.

Upon you arrival we supply a starter pack that includes fresh free range eggs from our neighbour, bacon, bread, a few Orkney specialities, a couple of laundry and dishwasher tablets.

We are very sorry but we are unable to take children, smokers or pets.
