This lovely traditional Cotswold cottage is situated in the historic and tranquil Upper High Street of Broadway. There are spectacular views across open countryside to the rear to include the famous Broadway Tower and for the energetic walkers amongst you ‘The Cotswolds Way’ can be joined just a few yards outside the front door.
This ideal family retreat is within easy walking distance of the craft and retail outlets of this beautiful village not forgetting the many bistro and restaurant facilities, friendly local pubs and historic churches. It is also an ideal base to explore many of the surrounding Cotswold villages to include: Moreton-In-the-Marsh, Stow-On-The-Wold, Chipping Campden, Bourton-On-The-Water with Cheltenham and Stratford-Upon-Avon also being within easy reach.
Much of the charm and the original features of the building have been retained whilst providing fully refurbished accommodation to meet every holiday makers needs. There is a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, three new bath/shower rooms, not to mention new furnishings and decoration throughout.

Kitchen recently refitted with shaker style units incorporating a gas hob and extractor, electric oven, integrated fridge and seperate freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Shower Room newly fitted shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.
On the first floor:
Master Bedroom with king size bed, television and DVD and Ensuite shower room/wc.
Twin bedroom.
Family Bathroom with a beautiful renovated cast iron bath and separate shower cubicle.
On the second floor:
Family Bedroom with double and single beds, there is also room for a cot if required.
Outside:
A secluded Cotswold Stone walled garden with patio area and garden furniture, lawn and borders.
Parking is available in a parking bay within a few yards of the cottage or in a nearby residential car park within 5 minutes walk. Upper High Street is in a conservation area and is a no through road and is therefore very peaceful with little or no traffic. Loading and unloading outside the property is very easy.

Gas central heating is provided throughout. Rental includes all gas and electricity costs. Towels and linen are provided. Cot and highchair available by arrangement. Careful pet owners are welcome.

Location description
Broadway in Worcestershire is known as ‘The Jewel Of the Cotswolds’.The High Street is lined with ancient Cotswold Stone buildings dating back to 16th Century. One of the towns oldest and best known buildings is The Lygon Arms said to be the most famous inn in England and can boast famous visitors such as Charles I and Oliver Cromwell.
Broadway although popular is quite unspoilt and uncommercial. There are high quality small specialist shops, galleries and antique shops, many restaurants, tea shops and bistros, banks, a library, small local schools and beautiful churches.
Broadway Tower is the highest point in The Cotswolds overlooking 12 counties from the observation room.
Built for Lord and Lady Coventry in 1797 and designed by James Wyatt the architect as a mock castle.
