Such a find - this property is a moment's walk from the centre of Brighton's attractions, train station & the beach. Very central but quiet, and peaceful location overlooking the front and back gardens. Fresh, neutral interiors with metallic Osborne and Little wallpaper to add accents. Sofa, 2 chairs and a window seat with dark bamboo hanging blinds.

There is a gorgeous regency marble fireplace with gas real flame fire adding luxury comfort in the evenings!

There are 2 double bedrooms; the master has romantic antique iron bed with fitted wardrobes and windows looking out to the front curved decked terrace with tropical planting. There is a sofa bed in the living area in order to sleep 6.

The 2nd bedroom has satin curtains with black flocked wallpaper. There are pretty views to St Nicholas Church and the historic area of Brighthelm.

A bottle of bubbly is provided for you to enjoy.

Open plan living & dining area with fully fitted kitchen. Well behaved pets welcome. Cot available to hire.

Sitting Room
Regency real flame fireplace with marble hearth and mantle makes a cosy and comfortable room. Double sofa which converts into bed, 2 arm chairs and window seat.

Dining Area
Dark oak extendible dining room table with modern white dining chairs. To seat 6. Large mirror over the entire wall makes this cottage feel cool and light.

Kitchen Area
Contemporary vanilla and stainless steel kitchen with bosch diswasher and washing machine. Chrome oven, hob and cooker hood. Stainless steel shelves fully equipped for a holiday let. Under counter fridge and freezer. Kitchen equipped with:-

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a black cast iron bed and feature black flocked wallpaper overlooking the curved decked front garden. Pretty linen with throws and coordinating cushions. White heavy curtains with bead trim.
Fitted wardrobe space and plenty of hanging space for your clothes.

Second Bedroom
Iron bed with crisp white linen. Pretty views towards St Nicholas church. Hanging space on clothes rail and over head cupboards.

Bathroom
White bathroom suite with shower over bath and glass screen. Toilet and basin. Light jade coloured walls with white regency tiles. Pebble design flooring.

Outside Terraces
There are 2 separate outside terraces front and back. The entrance of the cottage is through a gate off this quiet twitten into the pretty oasis style garden. Curved decking with tropical plants and bamboo perfect for socialising or chilling out with a glass or two of wine in the summer evenings. Aluminium table and chairs. At the rear of the cottage contemporary sleeper raised beds with tropical plants and climbers make this space wonderful for entertaining outside.
