Location description
Close to both north and south coasts this property is situated in a small village near the old county town of Bodmin.The Camel Trail, popular with both cyclists and walkers passes through the village.
North coast beaches are plentiful and rugged, ideal for surfing, fishing and coastal walks.
South coast beaches are more suited to bathers and sailors with picturesque coastal towns such as Fowey and Looe.

Directions
DRIVING TO WITS END Coming into Cornwall on the A30, it's best to ignore the exit signposted Bodmin and stay on the dual carriageway which bypasses the town, to the next exit signposted Wadebridge & St. Austell. There are two roundabouts at the exit. Turn right at the first roundabout (signposted Bodmin, Wadebridge & Lanivet ) then take the second exit on the second roundabout signposted Wadebridge & Lanivet A389. Drive through the village of Lanivet, up the hill then turn left at the minor crossroads just before the road goes downhill again. You will enter the village of Nanstallon about a mile down that road and Wits End is on the right hand side, opposite the school car park
