A lovely modern holiday cottage in a village location, close to the Yorkshire coast.
We are very proud of our self catering holiday cottage at Beeford. The cottage has full central heating and is equipped to a high standard for 5/6 people (sixth person must be a child but please note seating in the lounge only seats 5 comfortably) and includes the following features:
• Quiet village location with easy access to local amenities
• Within easy reach of Ulrome beach (approximately 5 miles)
• Small but perfectly formed landscaped walled garden, plenty big enough for al fresco dining
• Private, off road parking
• The coastal towns of Bridlington, Hornsea, Filey and Scarborough are close by
• Near to Hornsea Freeport Outlet Shopping Village
• Easy access to the Yorkshire Wolds
The cottage interior is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard and offers comfortable accommodation for five. A lounge, large kitchen/dining room, utility and toilet facilities are downstairs. There are three bedrooms upstairs: a master bedroom with a double bed, (plus a day bed), and a walk in wardrobe, the master bedroom overlooks the front garden, bedroom two with a double bed and built in wardrobes, bedroom three with a single bed overlooks the rear walled garden. The main bathroom with bath, (shower over bath), sink and toilet is also upstairs.
Enjoy the towns, villages, walks and landscape of the Yorkshire Wolds. Easy access by car to a number of coastal resorts along the East Coast with the nearest beach being Ulrome beach approximately 5 miles away from the cottage.

Farm Row Cottage is easy to find on Main Street in the village of Beeford.
From the A165 turn onto the B1249, Main Street, Beeford. You’ll find the cottage approximately 0.5 mile on your right along Main Street. Farm Row Cottage is the end cottage of five, turn into High Garth at the side of the cottage, private parking for one car is situated at the rear of the property off a private courtyard.
