The Mazet des Aulnes is tastefully furnished to a high standard and offers spacious and comfortable accomodation for up to six people.

Outdoor relaxing is well catered for, with a barbecue and shady terrace as well as a pleasant garden and covered garaging.

The large, tiled terrace with dining setting overlooks the garden and pool. There is plenty of garden furniture with a table and chairs and comfortable sun beds. The pool is enclosed. The house has a garden on both its North and South side.

This house of 160m2 has two floors.

On the ground floor: lounge with internet, TV, DVD, CDplayer, log fire, dining room, 1 WC, a separate well-equipped kitchen and a pantry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor: two bedrooms with a king size bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious dressing room, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate WC.

High speed internet access is available and free.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Bookings are from Saturday (arrival after 4:00pm) to Saturday (departure before 10:00am). In the low season, however, it may be possible upon request to vary these times and dates.

The house is available for rental throughout the year.

The gite is required to be left as clean and tidy as when you arrive. Alternatively, end-of-stay-cleaning can be arranged for 80 euros if you do not want to clean yourself at the end of your stay.

Electricity and water are included in the summer rental cost, however, there is an additional charge (meter reading) for heating (heated floors) during the winter months.Wood for the fire place is provided.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount payable is required to confirm booking. We accept cash and bank transfers. If you live outside the EEC there will be a surcharge wich you will have to pay for bank transfer.

Beaucaire is situated within the seductive triangle of Avignon-Arles-Nîmes. Provence itself is a place of great beauty, of vibrant colours, of tantalising aromas and sublime wines.

This small town is ideally placed to explore the wider region or cycle and walk locally along the many safe and easily accessible routes. The town itself sits alongside the mighty Rhône and a daytime stroll along the harbour with its cafes and boat community will give you a flavour of local life.
