One of two Grade 11 Listed properties set high above the tiny hamlet of Parc, just outside Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park. In a setting of badger woods, ponds and paddocks, this little cottage is a real rural retreat. Stone walls for cool comfort in the summer, central heating and a real woodburning stove for toasting toes in the winter.

Ty Twt has 1 bedroom and a double sofa bed in the sitting room for +2 guests if required. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath tub and over bath shower.
The kitchen is a galley style with lovely mountain and valley views across unspoiled countryside. A barbecue and furniture in the garden allow for long evenings taking in the tunning scenery and hearing nothing but nearby wildlife.

The area is ideal for lovers of the countryside, there is no need to go anywhere, simply unpack and get to work on the views, which change all the time thoughout the day and evening.
Locally there are some delightful restaurants for eating out at everything from Michelin Star restaurant, Tyddyn Llan to our range of lovely local restuarnts in bala, including Plas yn Dre, who not only serve delicious food, but also provide our guests with complimentary transport home.
