Alba e Tramonto" consists of two detached, stone-built cottages in a beautiful rural location beside a stream in the wooded chestnut hills near Bagni di Lucca. The houses are always let as one unit and so offer secluded and completely private accommodation for up to 8 guests.

Inside, both properties are furnished to an extremely high standard and are decorated exquisitely in a warm, country-cottage style. In the well-kept. lawned gardens, there is a 10 x 5m swimming pool as well as a large dining terrace with BBQ and wood-fired oven. A table tennis table is also provided.

Alba
On the ground floor, the door opens into a beautifully-furnished, open-plan living/dining room with wood-burning stove,TV and video. Off the living area is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a shower room.
The first floor features a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with en suite shower and direct access to the terrace and gardens.

Tramonto
Patio doors on the ground floor open into the open-plan living/dining room/kitchen with open fire,TV, DVD,CD, and dishwasher).
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and the other with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace and grounds.
