Situated in Badenscallie in the majestic scenery of the Coigach peninsula, 20 miles north of Ullapool and 2 miles south of Achiltibuie, the house offers tranquillity and magnificent views over the summer Isles, only 100yds from the beach, with miles of unspoilt rugged coastline to explore or head off uphill to the impressive Ben Mhor Coigach. Wildlife abounds for the observant with whales, seals, porpoises, eagles, deer, otters and much more or simply relax and let the ever changing light, sunsets or northern lights wash over you.
Built c 1900 on the site of a traditional black house, SEALLADH SITHEIL stands within a deer fenced plot along with a ruined byre and a steading. The house maintains some original features along with wood panelling and insulation to a high standard making it cosy and easy to heat. The property is accessible by car up a short track from the single track road, please keep the gate closed to save our trees from the local sheep!
