A beautifully restored 200 year old school house in rural Galicia with original features.It was renovated in 2004 to a high standard with all modern facilities where you can relax and get away from it all.

The property is composed of two dwellings which can be rented separately or as a whole.

Apartment 1 (sleeps 6-8 people)
It has 3 double bedrooms en-suite, one of which has a hydromassage bath .

It has a small sitting room for reading and table games.

Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living room with a working stone fireplace. It measures 60m2.

It has a TV, DVD, HI-FI, INTERNET WIFI. There is also a washer-dryer. The house is centrally heated and sleeps 6-8 people.

Apartment 2 (sleeps 4-6 people)
It is the same as property 1 , but it has 2 double bedrooms without the hydromassage .

There is ample parking.

The Garden
It has a 50m2 swimming pool, barbecue, wooden garden furniture and many native trees.
