The all suite property, formerly The Fairmont Glitter Bay Resort, is located on one of the best beaches on the west coast of Barbados and is next door to The Fairmont Royal Pavilion.

Each unit is tastefully furnished to the individual owners taste and come equipped with all modern conveniences that make it ideal for a self catering style holiday. The Glitter Bay Suites location is so close to Holetown that you will be spoilt for choice with the array of quality eating establishments from beach bars to fine dining. Coupled with shopping malls, banks, supermarket, post office, 24 hour convenience stores to name a few, makes Glitter Bay the perfect place for your Barbados holiday.

Glitter Bay Suite 109 'Sweet Fuh Days' is a two bedroom apartment and has been remodeled and refurbished and the open plan living area makes it spacious, airy and bright with approximately 1300 sq. ft. of living area.

The air conditioned en-suite master bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a king bed with a Scandia mattress topper (two beds together which can separate as two twins if needed), light wood furnishings, lots of cupboard and drawer space and leads out to the spacious patio which has view of the pool and the gardens. The soft furnishings are in cool blue and cream and add a serene feel to the room. The master bedroom has a TV with cable which is linked to the living room system. The en-suite bathroom has a step in glassed shower and double sink Marfil vanity.

The second bedroom has two beds which can be made into a king. This bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The light wood furnishings compliment cool green and corals adding a very tropical feel to the room. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a curtained shower and tub and a double sink Marfil vanity.

Hair dryers are provided in both bedrooms.

The open plan living area is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The spacious galley styled kitchen has golden flecked granite counter tops, large sink, electric counter top hob and oven. The fridge is spacious and the kitchen is also equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with glassware, crockery, cookware, cutlery, pots, pans, bake ware and kitchen linens. Here you can prepare your own gourmet meals or let the nearby patisserie in Holetown prepare your meals and deliver right to your door. Alternately, being close to so many great restaurants, cafes and bistros there is never a problem regarding eating out, the only problem is which one to choose!

The living area has a built in triple sofa seater and a rattan arm chair and foot stool. The entertainment area has a large LCD TV with cable and there is an iPod docking station as well as a CD player. This is a perfect space for the family to spend time before retiring for the evening watching TV or playing one of the board or card games that the owners have supplied. The green toned soft furnishings continue the tropical theme and are enhanced by the tropical prints on the wall. The apartment also has iron and ironing board for your convenience (washer and dryer are being installed in September as well as replacing the red floor tiles in the living area and the patio). All linens and towels are provided and beach towels are provided at Concierge.

Both the living area and the master bedroom lead out to the very spacious patio. Here is a four seater round dining table (this is being replaced with a 6 seater long scratched pine dining table) and a large banquet style seating area which is perfect for those sun downer drinks and pre-dinner cocktails. The patio has direct access to the pool and garden paths and one of three on the property that has this unique and convenient feature. The patio has a lovely view of the extensive gardens, pool and even a small glimpse of the beautiful blue sea past the flowering shrubs and many towering coconut trees scattered on the property.
