Chalet Arkle is a luxury chalet based at the foot of the beautiful Mont Blanc in the quaint and historic French town of St Gervais les Bains.

The chalet compromises of 5 bedrooms, all ensuite, an open plan living / dining room, games room, boot room, electric Aga, sauna and hot tub.

The property comprises three floors. Bedroom 1 and bathroom are situated on the top floor. The living, dining, kitchen areas are on the first floor and the other four bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. No special facilities are available for people with accessibility difficulties.

There is a balcony area on the first floor and some ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden. The property includes teak garden furniture with a table and seating for 10 people off the living area on its south facing balcony. A barbeque is also provided.

A hot tub is situated in the garden with its fantastic views.

A ski storage locker is situated under the eaves of the garage and this also accommodates a heated ski boot facility.

Booking is confirmed on receipt of booking form and non refundable deposit of 20%. Final payment due 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 is required payable 2 weeks in advance and returnable within 2 weeks of departure from the chalet. Linen and towels are included in the price.
