It's in a whole class of its own; a landscaped site with stream and a large duck pond where you can feed the ducks. It has seating dispersed throughout.
The unspoilt pebble/sand beach is only three minutes walk from the beach gate. It is picturesque an ideal place to relax in the peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful Sussex coast.

The Holiday Village has an outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, small shop, a pub; with occasional weekend entertainment, short mat bowls, crazy golf and a children's play area. A holiday here will be enough to keep everyone happy.
