A highly attractive property in a very secluded location for privacy and relaxation. Explore the lake district and its beauty. Its location is perfect for everyone those who wish to get away from it all and relax and yet with many activities and attractions close by.

The Lodge comprises of a modern open plan living area with a large L shaped leather suite coal effect gas stove and 40' lcd TV; the dining area has a large solid pine dining table with seating for at least 6 people and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances (including dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, fridge/freezer & microwave).

Bedrooms consist of one double bedroom with king size bed, the room also benefits from a TV and an en-suite shower room with shower toilet and vanity hand basin.

A wide range of activities can be found close by. For walkers who wish to venture further afield Langdale and Patterdale, at the head of Ullswater, are within easy reach by car or public transport. Windermere and Bowness (2 miles), offer a range of water sports (including fishing) and lake cruises, together with the recreational activities you would expect from a holiday resort. Windermere has a golf club and cycle hire shop, and in Bowness there are permanent exhibitions, museums and gardens to visit -and a theatre and night club is at the centre of its lively nightlife.
