Description of holiday cabin in Tarbena, Costa Blanca / Alicante

Finca in Tarbena is attached to the main house, nestled in an ancient olive grove. It is within 30 minutes of Benidorm and only 5 minutes drive to the typically Spanish town of Tarbena. Nicely furnished, it sleeps 4 comfortably and can sleep 6. It is offered as a whole, per weekly let, although longer lets can be arranged on request. Tranquility and beauty all in one place. Two wood Cabins, nestled in the Olive Groves, one up higher looking out over the valley, both sleep up to 4 Persons.

Motorcycling, Cycling, Hiking, Climbing, Relaxation the area is perfect for all these pursuits and more! Walking packs are available on site along with local maps too.

The accommodation offers hot and cold running water, a shower, gas hob, fridge freezer, wood burner and electric oven. All cutlery and china are supplied, along with bedding and towels.

Our pool is 5 metres x 8 metres. Naturally heated with fantastic views again down the valley. Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and listen to the birds while taking in the magnificent views.

A welcome pack awaits your arrival and includes tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, orange juice and a bottle of wine.

All toiletries are also provided, enabling you to keep your luggage to a minimum. Should you require beach towels there will be a small charge of €1.50 per day

Meals can be provided on request, along with Paella and BBQ evenings. An on site shop also provides essentials for your convenience. Should you wish to eat out, Tarbena offers many restaurants and bars with fantastic atmosphere and meals. There is a also a lovely pub within 5 minutes walk - it is run by a young English couple but frequented by a nice mix of English and Spanish. They are offering all guests a 20% discount off all their prices, beverages and food!

Benidorm and attractions are only 30 minutes away - or maybe you would like to take a nature trek on one of the walks around the area.

We advise hire of a small car for access to the property and to get around. We can pick up from Benidorm bus station if required at a small charge of €25 each way.

Please note that we advise caution with smaller children and parents should be alert. Due to fire risks in the Area, Smoking is not permitted in the Wood Cabins or the Olive Grove itself.

50% of the cost is payable at the time of booking and the balance is requested 1 month before you arrive.

Location description

Tarbena is an unspoilt typically Spanish Town up in the mountains behind Benidorm. There are various bars and restaurants with lots of menus at reasonable prices. There is a pharmacy, bank, bakers, two supermarkets, and other shops. A beautiful Church stands pround in the centre and well worth a visit, there is even a small museum too. The Finca is situated in an Ancient Olive grove, the beauty and tranquility is second to none. Benidorm is in easy reach about 30 mins drive, along with nature walks and the attractions of Terra Mitca, Mundo Park. There is a Motorcyle museum near to Guadalest along with an old Castle. There are lots of attractions and things to do in this area.

Directions

From Benidorm take the CV70 to La Nucia, follow the road through to Polop and take the Callosa road follow this to the centre and then take a right - 2nd exit of the main roundabout - heading to Bolulla and Tarbena. Follow the road through Bolulla and head up the mountain. On the left hand side you will see a marker of 45km just past this on the left again you will see a road sign of no overtaking immediately after this you will see a sign for La Murta, and a narrow turn, take this turn. Please note that this is a small road and suitable only for a small to medium sized car and caution is advised coming down. At the bottom you will see a sign with car park pointing to the left follow this and park up. Any problems please call.
