Description
Pentigili is a detached dormer bungalow situated in a rural area with views across the open countryside to the Pembrokeshire National Parks coastline. It can sleep up to six people.
There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and is situated on the ground floor. The second is a twin bedroom also situated on the ground floor and a bathroom with a bath next door which could be used as the 'family' bathroom. The third bedroom is on the first floor and also has twin beds and a bathroom with shower next door and could be classed as private as it is the only room being used upstairs. Bedding is supplied but not towels.
The living-room is spacious with a dining area and patio doors leading out to the well maintained gardens. The fully fitted kitchen also has a kitchen table where six can be seated comfortably and leads to the utility room and the back door and the well maintained gardens where there is seating and a barbecue.
The driveway at the front is big enough for three cars.
We are situated three miles from the smallest city in Britain, St. Davids on the A487 towards Fishguard O/S ref: SM80.28

Location description
Carnhedryn is a small hamlet where there are no shops or pubs just a very peaceful location with easy access to all amenities.
The local bus stops right outside the house so great for leaving the car at 'home'.
