A newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven. We include a complementary welcome pack of basic provisions. Just top get you started. We have a local food shop 5 minutes walk away or larger supermarket 5 mins drive. The garage enables you to securely store a motorcycle or bikes. Also there is a drying line inside for wet clothes or wet suits.

The cosy lounge is ideal to relax in, having two comfy sofas, dining area, TV with DVD player, CD player/radio, games and books. There is an electric store in addition to the radiators.

Both bedrooms overlooked the peaceful back garden and are well furnished. With storage and wardrobes One has a double bed and the other two singles. Bed linen is provided and the beds already made up for your stay.

The well designed bathroom has a modern adjustable shower and heated towel warmer.

Landscaped gardens, the front having space for two cars and the use of the garage if required. There is even room for a boat or jet skis'. The back garden is ideal for enjoying outdoor living and BBQ's with patio, lighting and garden furniture. The front and back gardens are sunny so ideal for when you cant be bothered to go out!

Award winning beaches at Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth. They have all achieved Blue flag status and are amongst the best in the UK.

Market towns of Dorchester, Wimbourne and Wareham and coastal resorts of Bournemouth, Weymouth and Swanage are within easy reach. Slightly further a field are the Cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester.

Visit the National trust properties of Corfe Castle and Kingston Lacey. Brownsea Island is reached by a ferryboat trip from Poole quay with its dramatic location at the mouth of Poole harbour.

The new Forest National park is only 30 minutes drive with wonderful wildlife, a criss-cross of foot paths and quaint villages such as Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Lymington. We can also arrange horse riding at your request

Vast array of water sports available. Hire the equipment or take a course in windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking, sailing or diving. Power boat hire and fishing trips add to 'messing about in the water'.
