Atlantis is a unique private and spacious detached four- bedroomed house, with sole access drive approached through National Trust farmland surrounding the perimeters of its large fenced and dry-stone walled garden.
It enjoys extensive and unrivalled sea and country views to the Rumps fort ; Trevan Point and Moule Island with spectacular cliff walks leading to Lundy Bay; Doyden Castle and Port Quin old fishing village. There is a private path through the garden to the intriguing caved Epphaven cove below with its sandy beach at low tide, and the Cornish Peninsular Coastal path.
Large West-facing Lounge with wood-burning stove; TV and DVD player; carpet and wooden polished floor leading to a full width window with panoramic sea views and patio doors to decked terrace area with seamless glass surround.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the Dining-room has sea views and seating for 8-10 including window seat.
The large master bedroom has wooden polished and rugged floor. Super king 6ft double bed (or two 3ft twin beds). Country views from light tall windows and door to Juliette balcony overlooking sea, garden and National Trust farmland.
Archway to large en-suite matching bathroom/dressing- room with three built -in double wardrobes with cupboards over; corner bath; separate shower unit; basin and wc.
Wooden polished and rugged floors with two 3ft twin beds. Country views from its own French window with access to the garden.
En-suite matching bathroom/dressing -room with wardrobe; electric shower over bath with grips; basin with vanity unit and wc.
Carpeted bedroom with super king 6ft double bed (or two 3ft twin beds); own built-in basin vanity unit with light over; two double wardrobes with cupboards over and adjacent to family bathroom.
Smaller bedroom with wooden polished floor and country, garden and sea views. 3ft single bed with pull-out guest bed beneath. Suitable for single adult or two children.
Central bathroom with bath and electric shower over; wash-hand basin and wc.
All electric kitchen with sea and country views. Built-in fridge/freezer; fan oven with hob ; microwave; small breakfast table; Le Cruset pots and pans; cut glass, and fully equipped for 8+ cooking and dining.
There is a large carpeted Hall with two double built-in cupboards: coats and airing cupboard.
A back Porch houses utility area with extra freezer; washing machine and bins for recycling etc.
The decking from the Lounge leads down to the garden and lower paved open terrace suitable for sun-bathing. There is also an arched sheltered area. The house is surrounded by three lawns and has tarmac for turning and parking. The entire site has wonderful views and is un-overlooked.
NB: The living and sleeping areas of the house are on one floor, but it is regrettably unsuitable for most physically disabled people or wheelchair users due to three steps at entrance and garden steps outside.
Moon Ground
On the grounds of Atlantis, away from and out of sight of the house at the bottom of an adjoining paddock there is also a mobile home ‘Moon Ground’ that can be rented in conjunction with Atlantis on request. This has a sitting-room with kitchen; two double bedrooms; a children’s bunk bed room and bathroom with shower. Due to insurance purposes all children must be accompanied by an adult in this property.
Both properties have BT Broadband wireless connections and a telephone for emergency use.

Epphave cove is just a short walk along a National trust footpath straight from the garden. Port Quin is close by, with the National Trust folley Doyden. It is approximately two miles from Polzeath surfing beach and amenities, two farm shops/cafe/restaurants are just a mile away and six miles to Wadebridge – local town
