" Villa Alicante is situated in the cliff-top village of Gran Alacant and is part of the municipality of Santa Pola (7 km). It is close to Alicante (20km) and Elche (20 km). The villa is only 10 km away from the airport (a 13 minute ride), yet extremely quiet (no noise from the landing strip at all thanks to its location!). "

The villa is part of the Carabasi residence, which offers one of the most exceptional panoramic views of the bay of Alicante all the way from Santa Pola to Benidorm. Through the windows of the villa you can enjoy incredible views of the sea. The Carabasi residence consists of typical Spanish villas. It is a private residence with 24 hour security. It offers its residents tranquility and is set along two beautiful lanes of palm and olive trees. All amenities are available within the residence: a pool and playground for children, a pool for adults (with lifeguards in July and August), a Padel court (a local sport similar to tennis), table tennis and a Pétanque court.
