Rosehip Cottage is situated in a very quiet road in Hunter's Quay just outside Dunoon, very close to the Ferry to Gourock and has a sea view.
Rosehip Cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished and is very light and airy. The large sitting room/dining room has french doors onto the garden.
There are three double bedrooms, one double-bed, and two twin-bedded rooms, a bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen. A large hall has light oak flooring and the walls are bedecked with original art work by the owner, local artist Peter Wilkinson.
There is parking space for two cars outside Rosehip.
Rosehip Cottage is perfect for a restful holiday in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Location description
Hunter's Quay is just outside Dunoon on the Cowal Peninsula. The area has a mild climate, and there are interesting gardens in the area including the Younger Botanical Gardens with its massive and interesting trees. Day trips can be taken to Wemyss Bay, Bute, and Inverarary. There are many local activities, golf, swimming, clay pigeon shooting, sailing, fishing and quad biking to name but a few. Dunoon itself is the home of the Cowal Highland Gathering.Local events

Directions
Most visitors will travel from Glasgow approximately 45 minutes drive away. From Glasgow take the M8 and then the A8 to Gourock before catching the car ferry which crosses the Firth of Forth to Hunter's Quay, a minute's drive away from Rosehip Cottage and a very atmospheric start to any holiday.
