Lyrebird B&B features 2 beautifully decorated guest rooms with a shared bathroom and Lyrebird Lodge, a 2 bedroom self contained apartment.

The B&B guest rooms have their own tea & coffee making facilities as well as a private sitting area and Lyrebird Lodge is fully self contained with its own private entrance and veranda separate to the main house. It features a newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances, a newly renovated bathroom and a living room with feature sandstone walls. There are a selection of board games to play, as well as a TV and DVD player. There are two double bedrooms and a sofa bed for extra adults or children in your group. Wi Fi Internet is available free for all guests and there is ample street parking outside the house.

Location description

The Northern beaches are 30 minutes away by car, or take a bus from Chatswood Interchange. The famous Palm beach is an hour away where you can take a surf, enjoy a spot of lunch, or take a local ferry across to The Basin. This is part of the stunning Ku-ring-gai National Park with numerous secluded beaches off the beaten track.

Garigal National Park is 5 minutes away by car and you can take a delighful walk along Middle Harbour. Within a 2 minute walk from Lyrebird B&B is Blue Gum Creek, with a pleasant 30 - 40 minute bush walk leading to Lane Cove National Park where you can hire out a rowing boat in the summer and enjoy a picnic by the river.
