Description of holiday b&b in Padstow, South West

The Old Mill House is a 16th Century converted corn mill situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, two miles away from Padstow.The Grade II listed building sits next to a pretty stream that runs into the Camel Estuary and is surrounded by scheduled gardens for guests to explore.

There are seven comfortable and individually decorated rooms, all are en-suite with colour TV and telephone/data points. All rooms are heated, have tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer radio/alarm clock. Four rooms are overlooking the picturesque garden and three are at the front of the house overlooking the village and the bridge.

Deposit/Booking Notes: All prices quoted are per room per night and include breakfast.

We require a deposit of £35.00 per room to confirm the reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation and are only payable by Visa, Mastercard, Mestro/Switch or Delta.

In the event of a 'no show' without prior reasonable notice, the full room rate for the first night's accommodation will be charged.

Cancellations - If we do not manage to re-let your room, cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a fee of one night's stay less the deposit.

Children over 14 years of age are welcome.

Smoking is not permitted in the confines of the building and persons who ignore our no smoking policy are asked to leave and charged the full amount of their stay plus £50.00 de-fumigation fee.

We do not accept pets.

Directions

Little Petherick is on A389 between Wadebridge and Padstow. The Old Mill House is in the centre of the village adjacent to the bridge.

The car park which is just opposite The Old Mill House is free to our guests. We do require your car registration number when you check in. It is situated at the rear of the Village Hall. If you are coming from the direction of Padstow, the car park is on the left just before the bridge. If coming from the direction of Wadebridge, it is on the right after the bridge and is clearly marked.
