Description of holiday b&b in Las Brenas, Lanzarote

The B & B is situated in the main part of the house has 2 bedrooms, ”Malva room” with a double bed and “Blanco room” with twin beds.
Each bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning/heating.
The two bedrooms have a shared shower-room, bathrobes are available.

The lounge, kitchen and dining room have an open and airy feeling. The kitchen is of the highest quality with granite worktops and a fridge/freezer with a water purifier, which means no more bottled water. The lounge and dining room have views out towards the sea from each window and there are also 2 balconies where you can eat "al-fresco". The lounge also has patio doors which lead out onto the pool and terrace area.

The house itself is located on a tarmac road just a 100m from the centre of the village which has 2 great restaurants, church and church hall, and a childrens playground.
10 Km from Playa Blanca.
Wireless Internet is available, just bring your Wi fi enabled laptop with you.

Breakfast is served in our dining room or at the terraces. You can make your choice from white bread, cheese, meat products, jam, egg (boiled), cereals with yoghurt, coffee/tea and freshly pressed orange juice.
When you have a special diet (for example sugarfree or glutenfree), we kindly request you to contact us beforehand to discuss the possibilities.
Breakfast will be served between 08:00 am and 10:00 am.

Location description

Villa Malva is situated in the small "Artists" village of Las Breñas, located in the foothills of Los Ajaches and has a privileged sea view over Playa Janubio, the South West coast of the island and the Fire Mountains of the National Park Timanfaya.

With it's simple and rural residents whose livelihood was mainly cattle, fields and fisheries, Las Breñas fits the profile of the Lanzarote people.

While recent construction has evolved, it has maintained its typical structure. Clean streets, surrounded by traditional architecture and new construction.

In the center you can visit the Church of Luis Gonzaga and it's place in honor of D. Victor Fernandez Gopar, poet of Scrub (remodeled in 1987).

From there, you can see the sea in the distance and the wonderful sunsets over the saltlakes of Janubio.
