Ian and Brenda would like to welcome you to Casa Ianda. B+B accommodation in the beautiful Axarquia region of Andalucia.

Casa Ianda is a detached villa on a small development of individually designed Andalucian properties. Car hire is essential, and safe parking is available on our drive.

Our 2 Guest Rooms have private access via our Poolside Terrace; as there are 19 steps down to the rooms our accommodation is not suited to anyone with walking difficulties.

Guests have unlimited use of our private Swimming Pool and terraces with sunbeds and parasols provided.

MOON ROOM - 2 people - Our first Guest Room measures a small but comfortable 9.5 square meters. It is very well furnished/equipped with a Double Bed, full Bedroom Suite, Coffee Table with Hospitality Tray, well stocked Bookcase, Fridge/Mini-Bar, powerful Ceiling Fan and Table-Top Fan for Summer ventilation and Radiator for Winter heating plus en suite Shower Room.
Price for 2 people - €52 per night.

SUN ROOM - 2-4 people - Our second Guest Room is much more spacious at 25 square meters. It has Twin Beds - although these are generally pushed together they can be separate on request. 2 x Single ´Z´ Beds can be provided for a 3rd or 4th person. The room has the same furnishings as the Double with the addition of a 4 seater Dining Table and 4 chairs.
Price for 2 people - €62 per night.
3rd or 4th person €20 per night.

BREAKFAST - Our price includes either our extensive Buffet Breakfast or cooked English Breakfast (Meat or Vegetarian).

EVENING MEAL - Menu of the Day - (Set 3 course meal with Wine + Coffee) €15 per person, A la Carte Dinner (3 Course meal with Wine) €19 per person. Childrens menu + Vegetarian menu also available.

ANIMALS - Sorry - no pets.

We are in a magnificent country/mountain location yet just 20 minutes drive from the coast at Torre del Mar. We are surrounded by 3 National/Natural Parks and several Pueblos Blancos - authentic Andalucian White Villages full of history and charm.

Nearest bus stop in Puente Don Manuel 2km away.

Just 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from the popular tourist resort of Nerja.

This is the perfect base for touring all of fascinating Andalucia.

Directions

From Malaga take the A7/E15 motorway eastwards.

Come off at Exit 272 (Velez Malaga).

Access the A356. Drive in a straight line for 15 minutes until you reach teh lake on your right.

Go straight across the dam and take the first turning on your left towards Los Romanes.

After just 400 meters/2 minutes drive turn left up to El Mirador del Embalse. We are the fourth villa.
