We offer a variety of accommodation from single bookings to large groups of up to 30 for whole house rentals.We offer studios with en suite bath/ shower rooms, Suites of 2/3 rooms and 2 bed Apartments. We have several different sizes and layouts for our rooms. Each room has a stunning view and the rooms on the first floor to the rear of the building have access to an outdoor balcony which runs the entire length of the building offering spectacular south facing views over Hythe and to the sea. In addition, each room has Tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar, television, and a lounging area. Hillside Manor is a Georgian period property built on the side of a hill and the land drops away to give dramatic panoramic views across the English Channel to the coastline of northern France.

The 3 rooms on the 1st floor which can be rented as a suite of interconnecting rooms or 2 seperate studios is complete with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony where one can sit and have breakfast whilst gazing out to sea over the English Channel. A full cooked English breakfast can be served with home made bread and preserves or a continental style breakfast if preferred. There are 2 self contained spacious apartments on the 2nd floor and 2 more studios at the front of the house looking over the pretty conservation area and 11thC church.
Breakfast hampers can be provided for the self catering apartments.

Location description

Hythe is an historic town interesting antique shops and plenty of pubs/ restaurants. Canterbury is 30 miles away, Leeds castle (said to be the most beautiful castle in the world) and Dover Castle are nearby. Many lovely and interesting towns and villages to visit in Kent all easily accesible from Hythe - Rye, Tunbridge Wells etc all steeped in history. If you are flying here why not take a day trip to France just 30 mins away on channel tunnel.

Nearby, Golf, fishing, yachting, luxury Spa, walking, sailing or just sit on our balcony with a chilled drink and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. And of course shopping, i am the expert in that department and can send you in the right direction!
